Organic Preserved Lemons

Preserved lemons are originally from Morocco. But we think that they have a well-earned place in other cuisines as well.

In our daily cooking, they often find their way into anything made with tomatos: Tomato soup, spaghetti sauce, on pizza, etc.

We especially love them on pizza, when they get a bit crunchy and browned.

When you cook with preserved lemons, the whole fruit is used. Do not, ever, throw away the rind, it is the best part :)

The taste is really round and intensely lemony.
